Subject 'Introductory Practice'

Knowing the basic notions of economics, the student draws up the introductory practice report:
* Introduction
* Location and address of the company
* History of the company's economic development
* Structure
* Description of work organization
* Technological equipment and assessment
* Development plan of the company
* Environmental protection, activities in the field of occupational health and safety and traffic safety
* Description of the trainee's own activity in the company

The students get an overview of the logistic and economic operation of the company. They gain independent work experience. The students learn about the company's organizational structure, technological equipment, occupational safety as well as the development plans. The goal is to get acquainted with the practice of making rational decisions, which are based on the principles operating in economy.

After completing the course the student
* has mastered the work management principles in economy, the general notions and developments operating in economy
* is able to analyze the company structure, management principles, production factors and economic behaviour of the people participating in the operation of the company;
* is knowledgeable in the development trends of a contemporary enterprise.

Assessment of students: presentation, discussion and approval of the practical training report.
