General aim

The aim is to provide knowledge about balancing of the production line which is a part of organizing production.

Aim

On completion of the course a student
is able to compile a production plan and arrange and organize the operation of the production line;
is able to create the proper work environment in a production unit;
is able to make production management decisions.

Form description

Lectures in lecture rooms and enterprises. Practical assignments.
