General description

International metrological infrastructure. Uncertainty of measurement. Length, form, gear and surface measuring systems. Hand measuring instruments. Indicating measuring instruments for inside and outside dimensions. Electrical and digital measuring instruments. Measuring works in laboratory.

General aim

The aim of the course is to study the measuring instruments used in machine-building and to acquire practical skill for using them.

Aim

The student who has mastered this course can work with primarly used measuring instruments. Is able to select and maintain them.
