General description

The general system of legal protection. The order of presenting claims/arguments. Types of legal acts, the order of their bills procedure, acceptance and/or proclamation and publication.

General aim

The objective of the course is to teach the students how to orientate in the data bases of legal acts, and to familiarize them with the legal acts of their field of study.

Aim

After completing the course students are able to find independently the necessary information among the legal acts of their field and to interpret it.
