The formaton of Estonian road economy, its organisation and managment principles. Estonian road network and road register. The formation of road economy finances and its applicational scope. Road economy designing.

The aim of the course is to give students the knowledgement about Estonian road economy and its functionings; Estonian road economy organisation and management.

After mastering the course the student is able to orientate in Estonian road economy, knows the principles of managment and has the accomplishments to make use of the specialised information and possibilities given by the system.
