General description

Basics of real estate maintenance. Basics of the legal system. Legislation hierarchy.. Law of Property Act, Land Register. Real estate describing documents. Property encumbering (easements, hypothecs). Administration of the utility systems of the real estate

General aim

The objective is to give the students an overview of the legal relations connected to a real estate together with practical experience examples of the rights/liabilities, related to a property.

Aim

Having passed the course the student knows the legislation in the field of a real estate; s/he masters the structure of the real estate-related information bases and knows the respective public information (Land Board, Building Register, and Land Registry).
