Subject 'Engineering Geodesy'

During the course the following topics are dealt with: carrying out construction survey works on a site at founding a geodetic setting-out base, making foundation trenches, driving crib piles, building a profile, making a foundation, installing posts for single use of industrial and storage buildings and as-built survey, fixing multi-storey prefabricated and cast-in-situ posts and as-built survey as well as founding multi-storey stone structures.

The objective of the course is to provide knowledge how construction survey works are carried out, beginning with the foundation of a rectangular control net and substructure works and ending with the erection of multi-storey prefabricated buildings.

The student:
- gets an overview about a layout of a building, revision and as-built survey and
- can read an as-built drawing.
