General descriptionIn the theoretical part of the subject an overview is given about the instruments that are used at geodetic works - levels, theodolites, tapes, optical squuares, digital levels, and digital theodolites. The classification and construction of these instruments is dealt with. In practical classes is taught how to handle these instruments and also check and adjust them
General aimThe objective of the course is to provide the students theoretical knowledge and practical skills at working with geodetic instruments (levels, theodolites, tapes, optical squuares). The students learn the construction of geodetic instruments, work methods at surveying, checking and adjustment
AimAfter passing the course the student knows the construction of the main geodetic instruments (levels, theodolites, tapes, and optical squuares), masters work methods at surveying with instruments and can carry out the control and adjustment of these instruments.
