Subject 'General Construction Practice II'

Performing practical construction technological works on the principle: from the foundation to the finish. Acceptance of works and assessment of the quality. Adherence to a construction process, good building practices and occupational safety requirements.

The course is included in the module of practical training of the building construction curriculum. The objective of the course is to provide the students necessary practical knowledge about the technologies, used in building construction as well as the use of machines, mechanisms and materials.

Having passed the course the student:
- can make the right decisions at the choice and use of construction works technologies,
building tools, equipment and materials as well as guaranteeing occupational safety;
- can evaluate at the acceptance of work the adherence to quality requirements.
