General description

Division of machines and mechanisms, based on intended purpose. Soil digging and transfer machines. Hauling equipment. Soil compaction machines and mechanisms. Concrete works machines. Cranes. Hand machines. Special equipment. Productivity of machines and its determination. Safety measures while operating machines.

General aim

The objective of the course is to provide the students necessary knowledge about the machines and mechanisms, used in construction, their usage possibilities, technical characteristics as well as the determination of productivity.

Aim

Having passed the course the student:
- must be able to take the right decisions for technical securing of construction works in order to apply the used machines and mechanisms more rationally.
