General descriptionAnalysis of the different stages of the project (planning, preparation, carrying out, completing). Completing a project team, division of tasks, evening of the division of tasks, team management. Time team management, time project management. Company management in the field of quality, project sub-parts quality assurance, arranging quality audits, compiling a cost estimate, compiling sale budgets, content of the contract between a project team and company, motivation techniques of a project team, content of the final analysis of the project and cooperation with financial analysts of a company.
General aimThe objective of the course is to provide the students knowledge about project management techniques, used in construction (project management, last planner, lean construction).
AimThe student:
- can orientate in a cyclic business environment; - can complete a project team - based on engineering intelligence; - can lead a team among active paradoxes; - can direct time teamwork and a time project being carried out; - can guarantee, via valid quality requirements, the quality of the project; - can manage a project within the limits of a cost estimate; - can manage, if necessary, the birth of a motion to change, the comparative analysis of motions to change, formation of changes and proper documentation.
