Subject 'Basics of Computer Graphics'

The course teaches the general principles of computer drawing, basic techniques of creating and changing simple objects and the use of simpler means of design. The course includes the use of different working regimes, changing of the size of a virtual image of a drawing and the techniques of positioning and changing the properties of the objects of a drawing.

The objective of the course is to provide the students basic knowledge in computer graphics through the vector graphics programme AutoCAD.

Having passed the course the students:
- know the working environment of the programme AutoCAD and
- can independently draw simpler technical drawings with the instruments of AutoCAD.

Lectures-practical classes 12 hours.
