Subject 'Basics of Consumer Protection'

The course gives a short overview of the main consumer's rights and how the consumer protection is organised in Estonia. It is followed by advices for acting in most widespread situations in the field. The course introduces the most important laws regulating the consumer protection in Estonia.

To improve the consumer knowledge of students. To help students assess their consumer opinions and values and to motivate students to change their consumer behaviour and lifestyle.
