European Union regulation on waste. Waste Act and sub-acts, based on it, environmental strategy and policy paper, Packaging Act, Environment Supervision Act, misdemeanour procedure, etc. Waste project and waste management rules and their preparation.

To give a survey about the legal acts which regulate waste treatment and the preparation of a waste project and waste management rules.
