General description

Perceiving three dimensions. Functional-expressive thinking through the designed form study (spatial-plastic compositions). Acquiring and developing elementary form-related skills. Modelling from nature; working with gypsum and clay as independent materials.

General aim

To teach how to perceive and cognize three dimensions, form, the mutual relationships between volume, mass and space. Spatial-proportional composition, the construction of forms. To develop functional-expressive thinking and creative activeness.

Aim

Students after completing the course have obtained the skills to work with gypsum and clay as independent materials.
