Project management is dealt both, in wider meaning, and in an object of general construction performed by a definite architectŽs office. Meeting some distinguished representatives on a building site. Oral prelim.

General aim

To familiarize students with the part of building procurement what is known as project management in design.

Aim

Students after completing the course have obtained an overview of project managerŽs responsibilities, his/her position in the design process and of the field as a whole.

Lectures and visiting a building under construction with a professional project manager.
