General descriptionDesign of a hall-building on a particular site.The project includes: plans, elevations, sections, layout, traffic map, an explanatory letter. The stage of the project - P, part A. The room program of a hall-buiding. Functional chart. Positioning into environment. Parts of the layout. The course ends with assessment of the project on the open defending.
General aimTo introduce the principles of designing a hall-building (concert building, theatre, church or an office block with a hall) and to work it out in term project.
AimStudents after completing the course are able to design a hall-building on a particular site.
