Subject 'Architectural Graphics I'Name in Estonian: Arhitektuurne graafika I
General descriptionThe course starts with learning the means of architectural drawing and script, continues with application of lines and textured surfaces to depict architectural objects. Sketching sample architectural objects, sketching urban landscapes and sketching ideas of your own. By the end of the course students present (by their own choice) a vision of an outstanding architect's design depicted in four different ways.
General aimTo introduce the characteristics of architectural drawing and sketching to first-year students.
AimStudents after completing the course have obtained the skills of 3-D thinking and conveying them on paper.
