• has a systematic overview of the basic terms, theoretical principles and research methods of economy, information management and information systems organisation; is able to explain them in professional discussions, including in a foreign language, and at a company or state level; • understands the importance of information management in corporate strategy and meets the challenges of information society considering information security and data protection requirements; • uses appropriate communication skills and digital technologies for information management; • manages different areas of work of an administrative assistant considering clients’ cultural and political diversities, and the requirements of protocol and etiquette; • manages the basic IT management and assessment frameworks, and provides clients with IT solutions and support regarding their needs and special requirements; • develops and manages hardware and software solutions for computer networks individually or in a team; • notices and defines professional problems based on the legislation of information management and information systems organisation, corresponding methods and ethical principles.
