Agreements of carriage. Agent agreements. Classification of documents. Legislation and rules. Invoices. Certificates. Bill of Lading. Waybills. Forwarders documents (FIATA documents).
The customs as part of international supply chain. The customs procedures. Export, import and transit. Codes of goods. TARIC. Customs documents. Transit administration conventions: TIR-, ATA- T-1, T-2.
The substance of risks. Business activities risks. The classification of risks. Logistical system and risks. Risks analysis. The potentiality to prevention several risks. The insurance as means to prevention. Insurance contracts. The insurance case. |
