The development of organization´s management methods. Expertise, competence, professionalism. Modern trends in adult education. Changes in the paradigm of education: the labor market and tööharidus. Career planning. Selfreflection. Evaluation of training. Organization management culture. In the field of the central problem: the current status and future vision. |

| The aim of the course is to provide an overview of professional development and the development needs and opportunities in nowadays, to highlight the principles of professional development and the realization of the spesialization way to a variety of levels. Discipline allows you to create broad-based preparedness, and to ensure what competence you should have. |
