General description
Fundamentals of psychology for the people working in the sphere of the automotive equipment and technology. Directions of development of psychology. Perception processes. Attention, memory, thinking. Emotions and stress. Main concepts of the personality. How to understand the personality. Bases of communication and communication without tension. Interpersonal influence and factors. Fundamentals of psychology of professional activity. Psychological structure of activity. Professional qualities of the engineer. Working capacity and its phases. Mental conditions of the person in work.
General aim
The purpose of this subject to give to students knowledge of fundamentals of psychology. To create a basis for system knowledge about the direction of development of psychology. To open fundamental knowledge of psychology of communication and to give knowledge how to communicate without the conflicts and tension. To give knowledge about mental structure of action, engineers professional qualities, working capacity and mentaal condition of the person in work.
Aim
The student upon termination of training knows the basic concepts and the directions of development of psychology. He understands bases of social communication and is able to estimate influence of specific features on result of communication. He knows how to communicate without the conflicts and to remove stress in communication. He has knowledge of mental structure of action, is able to plan loads of the person taking into account his mental processes and states.

Lecture, seminar, individual and group tasks, the presentation, role-playing games, the panel-discussion, homeworks, a controlwork, examination.
