| General description |
| The role of adult education in social and economic processes. Andragogy basic process, values and key issues. Different concepts and approaches to adult education. Adaptation as a central concept of the andragogical process. Modelling in adult teaching. Planning and structuring the learning process. The learning process evaluation and analysis. Principles of didactic. How to setting the learning goals, motivation and develop a readiness to learn. Adult teacher professional behavior and self-improvement. |

| General aim |
| The course objective is to create a comprehensive understanding of the nature of adult teaching and effective learning process. To create a basis for skillful training, planning, the organization of driving learning. To acquaint students with implementation of various teaching methods. Establish an understanding of the role for traffic teacher or traffic manager. To give to students confidence in understanding and possibility of work in the traffic training and intervention to change peoples behaviour in traffic. |
