| General description |
| Objectives of automation. Classification, architecture and elements of automatic control systems. Feedback. Mathematical models of systems. Continuous time system with one input and one output, transfer function, typical transfer functions, computation of transfers. Step response. Static and dynamic qualityc characteristics. Main control laws, PID-regulator. State model of the discrete time system, system movement, stability, controllability, observability. |
|
| General aim |
- to provide a survey and basic knowledge about the tasks and main structural schemes;
- to provide knowledge about mathematical modelling of automation problems;
- to provide knowledge for setting and solving automation tasks. |
|
| Aim |
The student:
-knows the main structural schemes and elements of automation and also their usage possibilities;
- can analyse on the basis of the models of the system the properties of an automatics system;
- can connect real systems with models and draw conclusions about the properties of the real system on the basis of it. |
