| General description |
| Learning the types of a heating, ventilation system and energy efficiency. Among it getting introduced with the materials, principles of construction and work of the systems as well as with building these systems and their construction technology. Learning the materials, system elements and operation principles of water supply and sewerage system, among it consumer, fire fighting and hot water supply, sewerage of buildings, sewerage of a registered immovable with on the spot purifiers, rainwater sewerage, drainage. Learning the design principles of systems and construction defects. Electrical Safety Act and based on it the construction and operation principles of the power system safety devices. Materials and parts of the electricity supply system. |

| General aim |
| The objective of the course is to provide knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and building energy efficiency, electrical supply, water supply and sewerage systems and their exploitation and economy. |

| Aim |
The student who has passed the course:
1. Is able to evaluate the design of a heating and ventilation system and the construction quality;
2. Knows the types of heating and ventilation systems, materials, system components and their construction technology;
3. Knows how to build up energy efficiency model and evaluate calculation results
4. Can read water and sewerage projects and knows basics of designing;
5. Knows the types of water and sewerage using materials, system components and devices. |
