| Ideal sequence of organising construction works, interrelated connections and dependencies of works. Various forms of organising construction works (project management, main contract, subcontract, construction contract). Work of a subject manager at creating safe work conditions for subcontractors. Work of a subject manager at guaranteeing the inner organisation of the work on a construction site - temporary roads, storage sites, power supply, supply with technological water, organisation of heat supply of the construction. Labour force qualification control of subcontractors and own labour force, control of compliance licences and certificates of arriving building materials, control of technological special requirements. Documentation of construction works in accordance with the Building Act. Work of a subject manager at the launch of the construction and in the warranty period. |

| The objective of the course is to provide the students knowledge about the organisation of construction works on a construction site. The focus is on the substantial work of a subject manager and supervisor at guiding workers in order to guarantee the use of high-quality materials, application of high-quality labour force and keeping to technological maps precisely as well as carrying out the works in the direct accordance with the schedule of performing the works. |

The student:
- knows the logical sequence of construction works, interdependence of construction
works and construction works duration standards;
- can compile the directive schedule of performing construction works, the necessity
schedule of construction mechanisms and procurement schedule of the necessary
building materials;
- commands the composition of the unit who performs the works, based on technological
maps and their productivity;
- can draw up the labour force necessity schedule. |
