General aimA short course is given in quality/environment management and assurance systems for daily and distance learning courses of applied higher educational establishments and CPD for professional engineers. The main task of the course is to present the quality as a complex of personal contribution of the personnel (engineer) and production /service inputs-outputs in the quality and environment management processes to guarantee the sustainability of organization and environment.
AimThe student who has mastered this course has a priori knowledge of how to acquire the requirements of the quality system of the organization, has a priori knowledge on how to create the quality system in organization.
