Subject 'Construction Technology III - Project'

Calculation of construction works volumes and labour intensity, determination of the necessity of machines, mechanisms and labour force. The necessity of building materials and products is calculated. The general layout, schemes of technological processes (technological maps) and calendar schedule of the works are drawn up. Cost of construction works is determined in the course Standardisation and Cost Estimating.

The objective of the project compiling is to gain practical work experience in the field of construction technology.

The student who has passed the course:
- can perform the calculation of the general construction works volumes and labour intensity, determine the necessity of resources, draw up a general layout and calendar schedule of the works.

Independent work, consultations with the lecturer, supervising the project.
