Learning outcomesStudents having passed the curriculum:
• have systematic overview of the basic terms, theoretical principles and research methods of the speciality , and are able to apply them in their profession; • know the basics of organisation and its management, understand the role of IT in corporate strategy, and provide IT solutions for updating business processes; • use business software, counsel other users and participate in development and implementation process of business information systems; • follow professional and business etiquette, and professional legal norms; • use appropriate communication techniques and info communication technologies; • are able to explain professional problems in written form and in oral communication, and participate in professional discussions in Estonian and in one foreign language; • follow the principles of project and team work, cooperate with different parties, are flexible and cope with changing situations; • show initiative and are ready to be part of a community, have tolerance in different attitudes and values; • are motivated to further train themselves professionally.
