Learning outcomes

Students having passed the curriculum:
• has gained systematic knowledge of basic terms of the speciality, theoretical principles , major economic theories and research methods, understands relations between economic fields and specifics of the work of an assistant manager;
• analyses problems concerning people, organisation, economy and society; and finds appropriate methods and technologies to solve them;
• follows the principles of project and team work, works together with different parties and is able to professionally react to challenging situations;
• has high professional knowledge and skills, analyses topical professional issues, participates in professional discussions and is able to implement professional knowledge innovatively and well;
• has gained professional terminology in the mother tongue and in two foreign languages; and is able to participate indiscussions and explain professional problems orally and in written form;
• implements professional knowledge in record keeping, archiving, information storage; is able to critically analyse their activities; and is fully responsible for taking responsibility in decision making in unexpected work situations;
• has gained interpersonal and team work skills; and is able to gather and administer information using ICT; is able to interpret information critically and creatively; and has skills to organise work environment;
• their work is based on professional ethics requirements and implements professional legislative norms;
