| The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of real estate maintenance - real estate maintenance, including maintenance of technical systems, provision of consumer services, interior and exterior perimeter of a building and the state of the property territory. |

1. Understands the concepts related to the maintenance of real estate maintenance;
2. Can use web-based registers and databases related to real estate maintenance and associate EVS 807: 2016 with maintenance practices
3. Has an overview of the legislation regarding the maintenance of the property, the technical maintenance and maintenance of the property, and is able to submit his knowledge both verbally and in writing (to document the maintenance activities); |

| The subject is composed of lectures from the auditors, independent work in the Moodle environment. Practical exercises are performed in lectures. The subject ends with an exam. |
