| General description |

Basic definitions and maintenance of maintenance services, Classification of maintenance activities, Preparation of housing maintenance (preliminary studies from public databases, house documentation, house inspection, preparation of passports and acts, research data and their use). Data and nature of technical grids, structural overviews; contracts for the provision of services, conclusion of a maintenance contract and control of its performance.
Basics of organizing plans at different levels. Understanding of regulations and legislation related to maintenance (the law on apartment association, property law, law of obligations, the relevant regulations of ministers, other short-term standards, relevant court decisions) and their practical application. |

The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of the principles of maintenance of the real estate environment; to acquire skills for their implementation in a particular work process in the real estate management unit of any economic organization; Be creative and independent in solving tasks and emerging situations. Find out source materials and information materials for solving everyday grooming problems.
The core program focuses primarily on the maintenance of housing (apartment associations) maintenance issues. |

| Form description |

Teaching consists of lectures and seminars, tutorials on real estate objects and independent individual work and group work.
Teachers provide practice exercises in the auditorium and they are mainly solved by the auditor in the form of group work. In the framework of independent work, the student must study and apply the necessary legislation, normative documents and other guidance materials to solve the problem. |
