| Legal system, Fundamentals of Real Estate Law. Law of Obligations Act, Land Register Act, Restricted real rights, Rights and obligations of real estate owner, Apartment ownership. Law on Apartment Ownership and Apartment Law, Management of Apartment Ownership, Conducting Meetings and Minutes, Building Maintenance Basics, Building Code and Regulations issued on the basis thereof, Device Safety Act, Maintenance Guide, Regulations issued on the basis of Device Safety Act, State supervision. Local Government, Ministry of the Interior, Rescue Board, Civil Aviation Administration, Environmental Inspectorate, Administrative act and procedure for contesting it. |

| The aim of the course is to provide the student with knowledge of the rights and obligations associated with the real estate and maintenance of real estate. |

1. Can define an immovable, know its special types and knows the rights related to real estate;
2. Understands the terminology of maintenance and management of real estate. Is able to convene and conduct a meeting of apartment owners;
3. Knows the requirements for the maintenance of buildings. Can compose statements, protocols, complaints, inquiries. |

| Teaching consists of lectures and independent work. The course ends with a written exam. During the course, also check-ups must be performed. The precondition for accessing the exam is 75% of the auditor's hours and successful solving of independent tasks. |
