| The objective of the course is to provide the students knowledge about project management in construction - different project management and leadership techniques. |

After completing the course the student:
1. knows and is able to use different contract types in the construction sector;
2. is able to manage a construction project and the teamwork in time;
3. is able to manage a project with good quality and is familiar with quality assurance techniques:
4. is abe to compile a cost estimate, knows how the direct and undirect costs are formed and is able to manage the costs so, that the project is profitable. |
