The concept of entrepreneurship. Prerequisites of becoming an entrepreneur. Entrepreneuring environment. Business plan. Market research. Designing a competitive product/service. Financing. Compilation of a business plan. Negotiations with a bank, a financial plan. Incubators, risk capital, subsidies. Business of self-emloyed entrepreneurs, financial liability, registration. Business-related expenses. Tax paying. Value-added tax. Business laws. Designing and manufacturing of a product/service. Outsourcing. Renting and hiring. Adjustment period and initial difficulties. Expanding and personnel policy. Annual reports, plans and budgets. Liquidation of the company. Bankruptcy.
General aim
The aim of the course is to give an overview of the preconditions and activities necessary for starting own business; business types and preconditions of successful activity. Students study the different stages from starting of a business until liquidation of it.

- compile a business plan;
- analyze various business ideas from the point of view of their feasibility.
Form description
Attending lectures is compulsory.
