| Thesis is an independent research carried out at the end of studies. On specialization on the Production Management Thesis consist of project, which is related to the production planning, production efficiency analysis and field studies of sewing/textile company. |

| The aim of the diploma work is to give the students the experience to individually solve the problems related to the specialty and to contribute the students transfer from university to independent employment in enterprise. |

| The student has a systematic overview of the specialtyŽs fundamental concepts and is aware of the the actual problems and implementation possibilities. Is able to formulate and analyze the problems related to the specialty and is able to find different solutions. Is able to evaluate the offered solutions according to modern technological opportunities and economical aspects. Has a good communication and information technology skills. Is able to implement the knowledge and skills in his work. |
