Compilation of a business plan. Negotiations with a bank, a financial plan. Incubators, risk capital, subsidies. Business of self-emloyed entrepreneurs, financial liability, registration. Business-related expenses. Tax paying. Value-added tax. Business laws. Designing and manufacturing of a product/service. Outsourcing. Renting and hiring. Adjustment period and initial difficulties. Expanding and personnel policy. Annual reports, plans and budgets. Liquidation of the company. Bankruptcy. |

| The aim of the course is to give an overview of the preconditions and activities necessary for starting own business; business types and preconditions of successful activity. Students study the different stages from starting of a business until liquidation of it. |
