| The aim is to provide general knowledge about the process of creating the quality management system in an enterprise, and to emphasize the idea that quality has to involve all the functions of an company. |

On completion of the course a student
is familiar with the principles and aims of quality management;
is able to compose a company's quality standards and specifications;
is interested in the operation of a company and ready to take responsibility for his/her work. |
