General description
Reading, reviewing, commenting and presenting of special texts. Exercises developing speaking skills. Grammar exercises. Oral and written communication. Grammar topics: 1. Use of numerals. 2. Pronouns. 3. Agreement of verbs. Topics: 1.Design of clothes, style, fashion trends. 2. Types of clothes. 3. Clothing industry, its management. 4. Product and its advertising. Composing and making a presentation on speciality.

General aim
A course of special foreign language for the students of all curricula. Pre-required subject: HKE041 (Russian B I). The aim of the course is to develop special vocabulary and to practice both oral and written communication.

Aim
After completing the course students know the special vocabulary within the familiar topics; are able to participate in speciality-related conversations. Students can compose and make a presentation on their speciality.

Form description
Practical classes. Group and pair work, role plays. Independent work: compiling a mini-dictionary. Making presentations.
