| Basic educational aims: The concept of transport's system. Global- and regional systems. The object of system and it's components. Aims of systems. The structure of systems. The concept of the intermodal- and multimodal transport. Technology of intermodal transportation. UNCTAD/ICC Rules. Operator of multimodal transport -MTO, aims and liability. Recommendation of FIATA. FIATA FBL Rules. Aims of forwarding services. The freight forwarder as: agent, operator of carriage of cargo, cargo handler, customs agent etc. The freight forwarder's liability. International organisations. |
