| The objective of the course is that the students acquire the modules AO3-AO7 of the computer user competence certificate that is in accordance with the professional standard of a railway engineer and the qualification of knowing information society and computer usage, developed in Europe. |

Having passed the course the student:
- knows, is literate in and applies the computer;
- knows and can use text processing;
- can use the text processing programme at computer-aided technical drawing;
- knows, is literate in and applies table work with the computer;
- knows and can use presentation programmes;
- knows and can use information and communication computer programmes.
