Professional skills and professional development. Methods of managing the development of organisation, organisational culture. Competence, professionalism and sustainability in the labour market. Motivation, time planning and career planning. Ability to deal with people from different cultures, successful negotiations, concluding contracts
General aim
The goal of this course is to give an overview of the fields of the profession, which require further improvement. The course provides a willingness and readiness to create a more general, creativity-oriented professional competence

- has an overview of how to plan a career and direct development;
- is familiar with qualification standards;
- can create conditions for directing development;
- evaluates efficient usage of time;
- notices, analyses, evaluates himself/herself as a future specialist.
