General aim
To give students knowledge about transportation means, transportation units, transportation technologies, transport infrastructure, intralogistics machines, equipment and technologies.

The student knows • road transport means and technologies • railroad transport means and technologies • water transport means and technologies • air transport means and technologies • intermodale transportation technologies and container logistics • possibilities to use different transportation modes • princeples for planning transportation technologies The student is able to • select according the situation suitable transportation technologies, transportation means and units • compose rough initial task for planning road transport terminal, port terminal, railroad transport terminal or air cargo terminal

Assessment is based on the following partial results: • test in interactive e-learning environment – 50% • solving of tasks – 20% • initial task of terminal planning – 30% Minimum positive grade - "satisfying" (2)
