Invention, its objects and fundamental criteria. Protection document of invention: patent, utility model certificate. Trademark protection. Industrial design protection. Commercial license, license agreements. Trade secret. Know-how and engineering information. Unfair competition. International agreements on industrial property, organizations. Patent office, the patent library. |
