| The definition of intellectual and industrial property. Historical overview of the industrial property development. The author and the owner of industrial property. Invention, its objects and fundamental criteria. Protection document of invention: patent, utility model certificate. Trademark protection. Industrial design protection. Commercial license, license agreements. Trade secret. Know-how and engineering information. Unfair competition. International agreements on industrial property, organizations. Patent office, the patent library. |

| The object of the course is to give the student basic knowledge of the objects of industrial property and their legal protection. |

- Knows how to understand the essence of industrial property, knows how to solve primary problems of legal protection of industrial property, is able to draft protection document applications for industrial property, knows how to give professional advice |
