General description
Entrepreneurship, forms of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and enterprises. Developmental tendency, company policy in Estonia. Starting a business, resource and financing. Business plan and its principles. Analysis. Tax-system in Estonia

General aim
The aim of the course is to give students the basic knowledge related to entrepreneurship: company form, company policy in Estonia, developmental tendency, starting the business and analysis.

Aim
The student who has mastered this course knows the concept related to entrepreneurship, knows the development of entrepreneur.

Evaluation methods
Evaluation methods During the course students perform two auditory tests, make and present the paper on. Functional tests and rating becomes paper on the results of the activity and participation in seminars. The grading criteria is indroduced by the lectuer at the beginning of the course.
