| General aim |
The goal of this course is to help students further develop speaking and writing skills that can be applied in a wide range of business contexts. This will be achieved through roll-plays, simulations, discussions, pairwork, short reports, presentations and short exercises and writing assigments.

| Aim |
A student who has successfully passed through this course will be able to discuss marketing issues in English, serve clients and sell goods in English, carry out everyday written business communication in English, discuss issues involved in crisis management in English, and speak about technological trends in English. |

Classroom work (group and pair activities, etc.). The course is partly web-based. Exercises and assignments are completed and/or submitted online in Moodle. |
