| The basic terms of management. The nature of contracts and specialities of undertaking contracts in construction are explained. Liabilities and responsibilities of the parties in general as well as special cases are commented. Motivation. Human resource management: the role of the manager, main activities. Communication systems in organisations. The nature of tax planning and expenditure control and their place in creating an integral system of construction arrangement are explained. A survey is given on construction insurance and its place in the system of construction arrangement. The principles of the structure of construction enterprises and functioning and reporting are dealt with. |
