The subject is part of module Planning I of the EI curriculum. Pline. Techniques of creating and pediting the pline. Transforming a figure consisting of single lines into a poly-line and vice versa (exploding). Creation of a rectangle and a polygon as a polyline. Adding textual information on a figure. Purpose and creation of text styles. Dtext. Aligning text. Point of entering text. Employment of special symbols in the composition of text. Mtext. Working with AutoCAD text redactor, its specific possibilities and deficiencies. Reflecting texts. Modifying texts on a figure (ddediting). Setting measurements on a figure. Main commands for adding measurement lines on a figure. Basis and basic principles for composing dimstyle. Output scale of a figure. Adding references on a figure (qleader). Starting point of a reference line. Operating with measurement lines and references, which have already been added to a figure. Sub-styles of measurement line styles and their employment. Output of a figure from plot to paper - methods and possibilities. Plotting styles based on colours, their creation and employment.
