| Working in a civil construction, road construction or geodetic company in a position that requires a surveying engineering education. Getting acquainted with the structure of the company. Performing field and indoor works. Conducting a project on a specific topic. Compiling a report of the practice. |

| The objective of the engineering practice is that the students deepen the theoretical knowledge and master practical skills directly in a geodesy (construction) company. |

Having passed the engineering practice successfully the student:
- is aware of the structure and financial-economical organisation of the company;
- is able to carry out, describe and analyse geodetic works;
- is able to use geodetic instruments;
- holds professional communication skills and IT technological knowledge necessary for the work. |
